It's a sad year for hardcore gamers and those who've never been to the convention when the e3 association announced that e3expo would henceforth be cancelled. The reason? Game makers weren't getting the returns they were expecting after spending millions of dollars on their exhibits for the show. At $300 for the general public to get in, it was one of the most spectacular tradeshows.

Never been to e3? The simplest way put, e3 was like the present that kids (gamers) impatiently waited to open on Christmas day. Lights, extreme game exhibits, giveaways, getting to play unheard of games, beautiful people; what more could you ask for?
