Free Web Conference is a Free Web Conferencing alternative to Webex and Join the call. It's great because it's free, though it has some limitations and is still a bit buggy. It loads very fast, compared to others out there, but the email notification gets the thumbs down.
The email notifications are extremely delayed or do not come at all. They sometimes bounceback, and sometimes go through. I got several bouncebacks at once or would get notifications two hours later.
In regards to the phone service, it seems to be using voip and is sometimes choppy.
Regarding the desktop sharing, that's all it's good for, desktop sharing. You can't allow the other side to take over your desktop, nor does it have other features like whiteboard, application sharing, etc.
It's a "you get what you paid for" solution at the moment, but in beta mode, so it's likely to show some improvement in the long run.
