Increase hard drive space in Parallels

Exit Windows XP and Parallells and make a copy of the WinXP .hdd file usually located in ~/Library/Parellels/winxp/winxp.hdd

1. Use ImageTool within Parallels folder to increase the original .hdd drive size.
2. Open Parallels and configure to boot from the .hdd copy. Mount the original .hdd file as a second drive
3. Start the WinXP virtual machine
4. Open a cmd window and type "diskpart" to start Windows' disk partitioning tool
5. Type "list volume". Identify the partition on the original .hdd file
6. Type "select #" where # is the number of the partition displayed in the previous command
7. Type "extend" to increase its size. Then "exit' to exit.
8. Shutdown windows and modify Parallels to boot from the original resized disk image.
