When it comes to goals the most important thing
I heard was to “WRITE IT DOWN” I believe that nothing can be accomplished without first visualizing it. I always say encouraging words to my teenage son because I know how important my voice is inside his mind. Even when I am not with him, my voice and words are carried inside his head. I can see the effect of my words in the level of confidence he has and it makes me proud. With my busy schedule people often ask how do I find the time to volunteer. I find that it is often the other way around, volunteering makes everything else possible. It gives me energy, hope and an opportunity to refocus. email: amessinais@yahoo.com |
